Legends of Bourbon County Festival

The Legend of Bourbon County Festival is a 3-day celebration in Paris, Kentucky, that honors the area’s rich Thoroughbred horse racing history. Held every fall, the festival highlights hometown horse racing legends and includes a variety of events centered around Kentucky’s equine culture. The 2024 festival, from October 11-13th, will celebrate Curlin, a famed racehorse currently standing at Hill ‘N Dale Farm at Xalapa. Events also include a family fun day, equine parade, mural unveiling, live music concert series and a 5k/10k race (Sept. 28th).
