MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race

We’re so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Participants will experience a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud and much more!

All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt. Additional medals will be given to the overall male and female winners in the elite and ultimate categories, and a trophy will be given to the top team!

Elite Rugged
This race option is for the serious, hard-core athletes ready to compete against the best! Must be 15+.

Ultimate Rugged
This race option is for Individuals & Teams.
An adult must accompany kids ages 12-14.

Rugged Kids & Rugged Rascals
Rugged Kids is for ages 8-11
Rugged Rascals is for ages 4-7
